The Internet is here, we are using it everyday, and we are becoming more wireless too! Connectivity to an unlimited amount of organized information. As the creator, a local person of EugeneAreaRentals, I have extended several years of fun, thought and development into this project. What I think this site should do with no thought of greed, and I thought so for the first two year, "that the administration person was in place". But I continue to advertise, develop, adding new functions evolving EugeneAreaRentals into the future. I really hope you enjoy what you have previewed so far..

Why not?   Rotate your logo,display your full page ad image, text and link with us. We are offering the community FREE, to renters, to the owners and property managers a professional stable site. Free is good right? If you disapprove of our free advertising, complimentary listings, --No Problem, we will remove your information.

If certain property offends you, we will gladly remove it ASAP.. But we hope you like this site, and start entering your own properties, manage listings for yourselves.

We will try to block data, your wishes, we will not intentionally gather property listings from your source. We may without knowing, still FREELY enter property listings, by farming other public Internet sources for data or local listings, accidentally entering your listing. Eventually adding some kind of blocking-code to automate this.

Here at Eugene Area Rentals, you get exposure on a unique locally developed site, all your property can be listed free at one spot, manage one or all properties yourself, display own images, logos, text, links and other information. This is a great site!

When this site was originallydeveloped, the intention was 2 parts, 'Renters and Owners' entering their own data. Now, we find that we must intially enter data, some data or listing to kick start booting the process. Because of that, we are continuing to develop a 3rd part of this application. The administration aspects, entering property and managing these complimentary listings.
